Yes our market has slowed however 2007 was a record
year, as you see prices have not changed a lot, list price
to sale price is only down slightly and average days on
market has gone up because inventory is now on the
increase in most areas.
Our market does not ever see the high price fluctuations
which is good in a time like this, steady and stable!
